Numerix was established in 1988 as a specialist organisation dedicated to the provision of educational and consulting services in the area of project management. Our mission is to provide quality training in the principles, procedures and tools of project management. Our emphasis is on the application of sound project management methodologies using modern software products.

Educational Experience
Numerix workshop educators are able to impart project management principles and techniques in an effective and engaging manner to audiences of varying skill. With over fifteen years experience in teaching to diverse industries Numerix has lead workshops for corporations and government departments Australia wide, as well as Asia and the United States.

Project Management Experience
Each Project Management consultant is proficient in his or her field and is able to draw from personal experience to enrich participant learning. Numerix ensures that our consultants have managed a variety of projects, and implemented project management systems for large private sector organisations as well as several government departments.

This work has involved the analysis of organisational needs, the design of an appropriate project management methodology, the identification and documentation of procedures and the incorporation of software systems.

Microsoft Project Experience
Numerix consultants are aware of power and limitations of every part of Microsoft Project. Our experience with MS Project dates to 1990 when Windows was first introduced. We have first-hand knowledge of it's flexibility and have spent hundreds of hours testing its limits and experimenting with methods of modelling various situations of interest to project managers.
