For over fifteen years, Lauren Lorge has worked in leadership development, both from within the corporate world in an Human Resource capacity and as an independent consultant, trainer and facilitator.
She has extensive expertise in the design and delivery of training programs aimed at several levels within the organisation, from entry through to the mid and senior management ranks.
She has a particular interest in recruitment and selection techniques and has specialist skills in the use of behavioural interviewing methods.
Lauren has a true passion for adult education. Her strong human resource background, excellent communication skills and friendly and approachable personality make her ideally suited to lead this type of training.
Lauren balances an HR career with the demands of a young family.
