Glen makes a welcome return this year to Numerix after a two year stint overseas. We are delighted to be able to call on his versatility and expert teaching skills once again. Glen has been a trainer in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project software tools for the past ten years. He has Microsoft Office Certification and MCP, MCT as in expert in Windows, Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Lotus 1-2-3 , Microsoft Project and many other products.

Glen has wide experience having in the past:

• Programmed and trained users on phone and voice mail on new and existing systems
• Helped co-ordinate the layout and design of various network architectures
• Devised implementation plan for intercity WAN
• Performed various troubleshooting activities
• Worked with various system administrators to problem solve
• Successfully implemented system for dealing with customers quickly and efficiently
• Principal trainer and programmer with responsibilities to train all other trainers and programmers
• Reorganised departmental set-up
• Purchased equipment and supplies, and evaluated and trained staff
• Formulated and implemented standards for aquatic care
• Prepared schedules and menus in a creative and professional manner
• Perform training and programming on various phone, voice mail and computer systems
• Provided over-the-phone and in-person customer service
