We can conduct a multi-day introductory training course which covers the fundamentals knowledge areas of project management as prescribed by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Participants will experience first-hand the powerful and effective processes, tools and techniques that have been developed to assist the management of large or complex bodies of work.
