The Horizontal Split Screen

TO SPLIT YOUR SCREEN

Step One
Drag the interface between the two sections up or down in order to modify the relative proportions occupied by each.

Step Two
Click on a section to make it active. The blue (or other coloured) stripe down the left-hand side of the upper or lower section indicates the one that is currently active (foreground).

Step Three
Whenever you split a screen you always get a form at the bottom. This is just a type of view and can be replaced by almost any other. But the form always appears first. To choose another view, Click in the lower part to make it active then Choose an alternative view from the 'View' menu.

Step Four
The contents of the lower section are governed by the selection made in the upper half. The Top controls the Bottom. Move to a different task in the upper half and that task's information will be displayed in the lower section.

Step Five
To obtain a different data in the lower form, Right-click inthe lower form. The options shown represent alternative configurations of the form.
