Practical Project Management

This course is a more detailed and in-depth of the 1-day
version.
Project management was once the province of Construction and Engineering.
Now everyone is a project manager. Nurses, teachers, librarians,
accountants, lawyers, administrators are among the many that have
recognised the value that a project management approach brings to
any type of work.
During the course you will learn concrete and practical skills
and have a significant opportunity to apply them directly and immediately
to your own projects. This ensures that you will learn in a relevant
and meaningful context.
The longer duration and the relatively small class size (Maximum
of 10) of this course means that you will be able to spend more
time on your project and obtain individual attention for the facilitator.
The course covers five of the competency units as prescribed the
National Competency Standards for Project Management.
