Our Program
Our suggested program is spaced over twelve weeks.

Initial Training
This involves an initial training course in any of the areas we cover, including project management, strategic planning, decision-making, team leadership, IT desktop applications and many more.

Follow up Re-enforcement
This is then followed by an informal session, which can take the form of one-on-one training or consulting, small group workshops, seminars, which will be scheduled at an opportune time over the next six to eight weeks.

Further or Advanced Training
After six to eight weeks, we would offer an additional training course for the participants, dedicated to advancing their knowledge and skills, exposing them to additional ideas and helping them apply these to their work.

This is also then followed by another informal session, which usually takes the form of can take the form of one-on-one training or consulting, small group workshops, seminars, which will be scheduled at opportune times over the remainder of the twelve weeks.

Telephone and Email Support
Throughout this period, participants would have phone and email access to our consultants, with a guaranteed maximum 24-hour lead time (but usually much shorter) whereby issues and problems can be resolved quickly without frustration.

Regular Contact
Participants will be contacted on a regular basis to monitor progress.
