TRAINING: Successful Decision-Making
We can help your staff to become expert decision makers by providing them with the tools and techniques they require. A one-day training course, conducted at your venue or ours, would be sufficient to provide them with the skills they need in order to approach even complex decisions with confidence.

FACILITATION: Decision Guidance
We offer a facilitation service where we sit in on your decision team's deliberations and, making use of our "IDEA" decision methodology, help provide a structure and framework within which the conversation can move forward productively. We will work with your team to identify the crucial issues of the decision, list viable options, and construct a list of decision criteria which will guide the deliberations. The team will evaluate and analyse the data and strive to achieve consensus in a rational and structured manner. We will also document the entire session and, within a few days, produce a valuable report which not only acts as a record for the decision, but can form the evidence later for decision justification if required.
